What Happens When You Call

Phone-Only Booking — Here's How

   Talk to the office Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Closed Saturday & Sunday outside of football season. Weekend office hours vary during football season.

   ALL reservations at USRV are made over the phone. Call 334-821-8968 to reserve.

3. 3

   Overnight reservations and payments: credit card (3% fee for Master Card, Visa, Discover; 4% for American Express) or ACH checking account (no fee).

   Gameday Weekend Reservations: $50 non-refundable deposit — deducted from the full balance due.

   Gameday Weekend Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. ANY cancellations within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE — NO EXCEPTIONS.

   Overnight Reservations: paid in full in advance. 48-hour cancellation policy with a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE.

   Gameday Weekend: 30-day cancellation policy with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE for any reason.

   Fall Season Leases may be transferable to another lease holder only with Management's approval.

4. 4

   WE DO NOT ALLOW 3RD PARTY RENTALS SUCH AS AIRBNB, VRBO, ETC.
